Cancellation Policy and Fee

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rental Agreement and Identification

A rental agreement will be required to be signed by the person booking. 

Identification will be required from the person booking. 

The name on the method of payment, rental agreement, and identification need to match.
